What do you mean by "Per Person on Twin Sharing basis"?

Per Person on Twin Sharing means the rates are for one person when the accommodation is on twin-sharing i.e two people are sharing the room.

What does EP, CP, MAP and AP stand for?

EP stands for European Plan (Room Only basis), CP stands for Continental Plan (Room with Breakfast), MAP stands for Modified American Plan (Room with Breakfast and One Major Meal – either Lunch or Dinner) and AP stands for American Plan (Room with All Meals i.e, Breakfast, Lunch & Dinner)

Do tour packages include airfares?

Yes and no. Many of the holiday package itineraries which we have added include hotel accommodation, sightseeing, car transfers and meal plan. Air fare prices are dynamic and are subject to availability and can change over time. However, we do have some tour packages, where we are providing the airfares price included. Go to any destination tour package, and check under the “Inclusions” tab to see if the airfare is included in the pricing or not.

I'm not interested in full package. I only want accommodation and stay. Can I book just these?

Yes, you can make a custom inquiry for your particular tour requirements. Please email us at hello@gauravtoursandtravels.com and we will get in touch with you.

Can I book the tour without paying the full price in the beginning?

Yes, you can. We accept deposit amount as well. If you’ve planned the location, you can pay us the amount of Airfare and we will book the flights for you. Some of the hotels accept 25% of the deposit money for confirming your stay. Rest of the amount, you can pay two weeks before the tour starts or directly go for the “Pay-at Hotel” option whichever one you prefer. How do I book a package through Gaurav Tours and Travels?

You can browse our website to find the perfect travel tour itinerary. Every tour contains an enquiry form which you can fill. After we get your request we will contact you back within 24 hours and provide you with your customized quote based on your requirements. I have posted a request for a package on Gaurav Tours and Travels. What do I do now?

You don’t have to do anything now. After you’ve submitted your request, you’ll receive an email from Gaurav Tours and Travels containing details from your request. After we have received your request, we will contact you back within a few hours.

Can I customize a holiday package?

Yes, you can. All the tours which are accessible on this website are customizable except fixed departures. If you need to change any hotels, add the flight/rail fare, bring more people with you on the tour or just increase your tour stay, you can get in touch with us and we will send you the updated customized tour options as per your requirement.

What are the modes of payment you accept?

We accept Bank Transfers, Online Transfers, Cash or Pay-at hotel. Please note, pay at hotel option depends on the hotel policies.

How do I know if my booking is successful?

After you have completed the verification, you will receive confirmation from us for your booking. Then we will send you the vouchers and the tickets when you’re done with the full payment.
